PUBLIC NOTICE WITLESS BAY DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT No. 6, 2024 (ACCESSORY BUILDING AMENDMENT)

The public is invited to view a copy of the proposed Witless Bay Development Regulations Amendment No.6, 2024 with respect to accessory buildings.

It is Council’s intent to add additional text and revise sections of the Development Regulations relating to residential accessory buildings which will clarify the conditions and requirements for residential accessory buildings in the RESIDENTIAL (Res), RESIDENTIAL RURAL (RR) and MIXED DEVELOPMENT (MD) use zones including increasing the floor area of accessory buildings. Further details about the text amendment can be found on the Towns website at www.witlessbay.ca.

The proposed amendment will be available for the public to review at the Town Hall until January 31, 2024. The public may provide comments or concerns to the Town, in writing, before Council considers adoption of the proposed amendment.
